■ Fitness center
There are physical training centers in Pyeongtaek, Jinhae, Donghae, Pohang, and Deoksan University nationwide. As a representative of these, I will explain the Pyeongtaek physical training center as an example.
It was opened in 1999 as the Manpodae physical training center and expanded to regular 18 holes in 2012. The Atlantic and Pacific courses have realized the spirit of the sea and the navy.
– Subject of use
Membership is divided into 4 parts: full member, regular member treatment, associate member, and associate member treatment. Regular members are, of course, active duty officers, noncommissioned officers, soldiers, and military personnel, and retired reserve service members are those who have served for more than 19 years and 6 months.

Full member treatment applies to the full member’s wife and children. There are so many conditions, so let’s take a look at the representative ones. Associate members are usually those who have served in the military for more than 10 years and their families.
Associate member treatment includes veterans who are injured in disasters, honorary navy spouses, etc.
– Hours of use
The first part of the summer season is from 6:00 am to 8:00 am, and the second part is from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm.
During the winter season, part 1 is from 7:00 am to 8:30 am, and part 2 is from 11:30 am to 1:30 pm.
– Fare information
For full members and regular members, the entrance fee is 25,300 won, the electric cart fee is 5,500 won, golf clubs are 33,000 won, and the caddy is 120,000 won. The treatment for associate and associate members is 39,000 won on weekdays and 44,000 won on holidays.
There is a small price for general members. 88,000 won on weekdays, 94,000 won on holidays, and 20,000 won for electric carts. Members say they do not rent golf shoes.

– Reservation information
Reservation request is from the 15th to the 9th day before 11:00 based on the date of use. Assignment confirmation can be confirmed from 2:00 pm 7 days before.
– cancel reservation
Cancellation is possible during the reservation application period, and cancellation after confirmation of assignment must be made by 1:00 pm two days prior to the date of use.
– required documents
In general, you must have your ID and photo. If you are a family member, you must have a copy of your resident registration or a family relationship certificate. If you are an associate member, you will need a career certificate or certificate of military service.

■ Hotels and halls
Here, we take the Seoul Naval Hotel as an example. There are a main building and a guesthouse. The main building is a two-story building for ceremonies, and is the Noblesse Hall for weddings and the Island Hall for receptions.
The guesthouse has 6 floors, and there are a total of 25 guest rooms on the 5th and 6th floors. The rest of the floor consists of banquet halls, reception halls, and welfare facilities.

Ceremonies for naval officers and various auxiliary facilities are also available at a reasonable price.
The deposit for the room reservation must be deposited into the bank account within 3 days of making the reservation. There is a reservation priority, and the first priority is the Navy’s active service and family or reserve service and spouse who have served for more than 20 years.
The second priority is reserve service and immediate family members who have served for more than 10 years.
– Amenities
There is a sauna (male), golf driving range, gym, sports center package, barber shop, and coffee shop. The usage fee is 4,000 won for sauna, 50,000 won for golf, 40,000 won for gym membership, and 7,000 won for one session.
The sports package includes golf and fitness for 80,000 won, barber shop 6,000 won, and dry 3,000 won.
